Stress

Being constantly stressed can seriously affect our physical and mental health and lead to chronic conditions. I help clients reduce stress and improve their overall well-being. I begin by creating awareness of the individual's emotions. Once they know how they are feeling, we can work together to identify the root cause of their stress. We then move on to Step 2, which is to identify the 5W's ( who, what, when, where, why) that will give assurance and clarity. This step helps the client to understand their situation better and to develop a plan to address their stressors. Finally, we work on breathing exercises and healthy lifestyle changes, effectively reducing stress levels.
